How do I sign up for Pickup & Delivery?
How do I sign up for a Wash-Dry-Fold Service?
Just bring your items to any Wash World Laundry in Omaha and go to the counter. We’re open 7:30a-9:00p every day, and there’s always someone there to get you set up.
Who does my laundry?
Our trained staff processes your laundry in commercial washers and dryers featuring the latest technology in laundry, including the ozone water system. Your laundry is never combined with anyone else’s and gets the best care and treatment in Nebraska.
What basic laundry services do you provide?
Wash World Laundry offers Wash-Dry-Fold Laundry Services (you leave the laundry with us and we do it for you). We also offer Pickup & Delivery Laundry Services. For businesses, we offer Commercial Laundry Services. And finally, we have pickup and delivery Student Laundry Plans for college and grad-school students.
What times do you pickup and deliver?
Our drivers are available Monday-Friday, 8:00a-2:00p.
When can I drop off my laundry for you to wash it?
You can drop your laundry off at any of our four Omaha locations during business hours. We’re open every day, 7:30a-9:00p. It’s almost always ready within two days.
For pickup and delivery, do I have to be home?
Nope. When you book a laundry service, just tell us where the laundry bag will be. Most people set it near the front door but whatever works best for you, works best for us. Same goes for when we return everything.
What do I put my dirty laundry items in?
For your first time, a trash bag or any bag works. We’ll return all everything in some nice Wash World Laundry bags. We ask that you use those for future orders.
How much does a Pickup & Delivery Laundry Service cost?
The cost is $2.50/lb with no extra charge for scheduled weekly/every-two-week services. For one time or “as needed” laundry services, it’s $2.75/lb of laundry plus a $10 delivery fee.
What is your minimum order size?
For a one-time pickup and delivery service, the order minimum is $40.
For weekly/every-2-week customers, the order minimum is $32.
For wash-dry-fold/drop-off laundry services, the order minimum is $25.
How much laundry do I have?
We get asked this all the time, but it really varies by the person. We use scales to weigh your laundry, so the best way to know for sure is to weigh it yourself at home. Most single customers give us 10-20 lbs. of laundry. Families will have more.
For Pickup & Delivery, does the pricing go up if I live further away?
Nope!
What is the turnaround time on laundry service orders?
Laundry will be done and returned in two business days. In the case of extreme snow/icy weather, we may need extra time but we’ll contact you if that’s necessary. We’re usually still able to get all of the laundry returned on time.
Do you offer a same-day turnaround time?
For Pickup & Delivery Laundry Service orders, we do not. For a faster turnaround, leave the laundry with us directly at any of our four Omaha locations. We’ll process it and email you when it’s ready!
For Pickup & Delivery, how do I pay?
When you place your first order with us, we’ll get a credit/debit card on file before we come pick up your items. Once we have the items, we weigh all of the laundry and check for any specialty items. We only charge your card for the exact amount of laundry and other items you provide. You’ll receive electronic and physical receipts with every order.
Can I manage my Pickup & Delivery orders online?
Yep! You can schedule services and update preferences using our Book Now page. Create an account your first time, log in, and everything is right there. You can even add special instructions or notes on how you’d like your laundry done.
Do you provide dry cleaning services?
Not at this time. Our expertise is laundry.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please call us immediately. Issues are rare, but our customer service is what sets us apart. We will do everything we can to quickly fix any problems.
Commercial Laundry Services
How are your Commercial Services different than standard Pickup & Delivery Services?
Our Commercial Laundry Services offer business owners more flexibility than what most households need. Whether you have uniforms, towels, tablecloths, linens, rugs/mats, or even just a lot of laundry, we work with local businesses to tailor our services to your demands and frequency needs. How do I pay for Commercial Laundry Services?
We’ll get a credit/debit card on file and it will be charged after each order. You will always receive electronic and physical receipts.
Is there a contract or longterm commitment?
Nope. Cancel any time you like by phone or email. There’s no cancellation fees.
Can you supply my business with towels, napkins, linens, etc.?
Yes! We supply and launder many items for local businesses. This type of setup is tailored to each business, so if you’re interested in exploring rentals as an option or in purchasing linens through us, please message us online or give us a call.

What are your laundromat hours?
7:30am - 9:00pm every day. We’re open on most holidays and snow days too, but if we are going to close, we’ll post it on our Facebook page.
How much will it cost me to do my laundry?
Our standard washers cost $3.50 and can fit two loads of laundry. Drying is $1.50 for every 16 minutes or $3.00 for 32 minutes. Depending on how much laundry you have, you can spend around $6 to wash and dry everything. If you’re unsure about which size washers and dryers to use, our laundromat attendants are there to help.
How can I save money at Wash World Laundry?
View our current discounts and promotions. The free loyalty program is the best way to save, but there’s lots of other ways too.
How long will it take to clean my clothes?
Washers take about 25 minutes and dryers average 30 minutes. Using the right equipment, most people can get ALL of their laundry done in one hour!
Do I bring in quarters?
You can, but you don’t need to. We accept quarters, bills, and credit/debit cards. You can also pay (and save money) by using our free loyalty program (Free signup in-store).
Should I bring in detergent?
You can, but you don’t need to. Many of our larger washers include detergent and softener in the price of every wash. We also have vending machines stocked with laundry supplies (and snacks).
What makes your washers special?
Our washers are all high-efficiency, eco-friendly front-loading washers. Our washers are bigger, use less water, and are gentler on laundry than normal washers. Plus, our amazing, all-natural ozone water system kills odors and bacteria. The ozone water system is included free with every wash.
Will there be someone working at the laundromat?
Yes! There’s always someone working at Wash World Laundry. They are there to help answer any questions you have, and keep the laundromat sparkling clean.
Will you wash my laundry for me?
Yes! With our Wash-Dry-Fold Services you can drop your laundry off, and we’ll have it ready for you within two days. Learn more.
