Customer Experience Agent

At Wash World Laundry, we all work together to keep this family-run small business going. It’s a team effort every day and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Agent / Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate office.

The Customer Experience Agent will interact with not only Wash World Laundry customers, but on two other brands as well: Our parent company, JH Stuckey Distributing and our sister company, Top Grills.

J.H. Stuckey Distributing sells commercial, industrial and vended (coin and card-operated) laundry equipment. Top Grills is a barbecue grill and supply store. We’re seeking a Customer Experience Agent to be a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for customers. With three brands to cover (both B2B and B2C), every day will present new tasks and challenges. This full-time role works closely with all office personnel and interacts with staff at retail outlets as well.

Salary: $18-21/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a personable and efficient manner

  • Help manage accounts for weekly Pickup & Delivery Laundry Service customers

  • Add new orders into our POS system and relay pertinent information to staff

  • Leverage accounting software to invoice accounts and send purchase orders to

    vendors

  • Help run social media pages- FB, IG, Tw

  • Manage office supply inventory and reconcile receipts

  • Some data entry for new customer loyalty program members

  • Process payments as needed

  • Receive and send out mail

  • Special projects based on candidate’s experience and input

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience

  • Great communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to self-prioritize work

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Must work on own initiative

  • Team player – imperative this position works well with other members of the

    team

  • Flexible – tasks and priorities may vary daily

  • Experience with MS Office
